No: We cannot directly measure serotonin (5HT) levels in the brain, and peripheral 5HT levels have zero correlation wiht brain levels. We can only infer brain 5HT from metabolites in the CSF (fluid in brain). Nausea has many causes and contributors. Please seek care with a doctor who knows you well, and try to get some relief after carefull assessment.
