Can levaquin (levofloxacin) actually make you sick after taking it for five days?

Allergy?: There are numerous possibilities. You do not say what you mean by "sick" so it is hard to know, but you may have secondary infection, allergic reactions, and so on. Talk to the doctor who prescribed the levaquin (levofloxacin) and have this assessed now.

Yes: Can cause GI upset, nausea, vomiting or cramping. Stop if intolerant and call your physician.
