More information: Did you pass out? did you lose your consciousness? How often does this happen? that could be due to HCTZ (hydrochlorothiazide). I personally don't like this medication for older patients as it could mess up their electrolytes, also it's possible that you didn't need BP med. therefore your blood pressure had dropped nad you felt dizzy. if you had a heart attack , your echo and nuclear test should show some abnormality.
