But if I want to guess, you most likely have sinus tachycardia, causes of sinus tachycardia are fever, anemia, anxiety, caffein, some drugs, electrolyte imbalance, thyroid problem, recreational drugs, smoking, alcohol and etc. To treat sinus tachycardia you should treat the underline cause.
