Tachycardia: it helps to know what your ECG shows and what kind of tachycardia you have. But if I want to guess, you most likely have sinus tachycardia, causes of sinus tachycardia are fever, anemia, anxiety, caffein, some drugs, electrolyte imbalance, thyroid problem, recreational drugs, smoking, alcohol and etc. To treat sinus tachycardia you should treat the underline cause.

Many causes: Many things can cause your heart rate to be elevated. Common causes are pain and anxiety. It is impossible to give an opinion of the cause over the internet. Ask your doctor in the hospital.
