Not tired: Occasionally it is not a concern. It if continues then you should be evaluated. With your underlying condition of anxiety, the concern for mania would be on my list of things to screen for. Again, if it is only occasionally and does not interfere with your life, I would not be concerned. If is becoming more frequent and interfering with your life, then you need to be seen.
