Lump: If you have no weight loss, nausea and vomiting or abdominal pain whig are concerning then the most likely explanation is Autonomic Neuropathy due to your diabetes. The neuropathy increases the empty time of stomach and makes the stomach lazy. Please see your doctor if you have above symptoms for a possible endoscopy or imaging.
