My brother has unexpected nose bleeds. any advice would be great?

Nose bleed: It depends on how serious nosebleeding your brother has. If it is mild, pressing both nares with your thumb and fingers for a few minutes and breath through your mouth. Most of the case, it will stop the bleeding. If it does not stop or bleeding is profuse, call 911, go see a local physician immediately or go to the nearest ER so your brother can be evaluated.
