Here are some ...: Although not having specifics on semen analysis and timing, the history indicates a very low likelihood to conceive. Known to many, women contribute to causing infertility directly at some 50%; men, at some 30%; and 20% from both together. So, make sure both are properly evaluated & monitored. For nonspecific Rx in men, trying Clomid (clomiphene) is worthwhile with repeating semen analysis in 3-4 months.
