A member asked:

I have been diagnosed with a complex multiseptated ovarian cyst roughly 9.5 x 5.6 x 6.3cm , will it need to be removed ?

Most likely: A 9.5cm ovarian cyst is quite large. Your cyst has fluid and solid components (complex) and lots of septations. Cysts like this don't usually go away on their own. They frequently have to be surgically removed. The good news is that ovarian cancer is not common at age 23 and you have two ovaries so you should still be able to get pregnant if the other ovary is normal. Best wishes!
