Symtoms: Unfortunately, breast sireness a sleepiness are not specific symtoms of pregancy. Get a blood test and do a home pregnancy test- consider birth control again.

Depends on IUD kind: It can take up to 3 months after the removal of the Mirena (levonorgestrel) IUD for you to return to your normal cycle. Because Mirena (levonorgestrel) has hormones which could interfere with your hormonal cycle. So did you have Mirena (levonorgestrel) or copper IUD? Mirena (levonorgestrel) is more common in USA.
