Varies: Typically a fulltime breastfeeding mom doesn't get a period back until around 6 months, as the child begins to decrease their milk intake a bit. However, there is no hard and fast rule, and it could be as early as 2-3 months postpartum or as late as 12 months. Don't count on not ovulating because I'm nursing as adequate birth control if you don't want to get pregnant right away again.
