I had rad for an ent tumor 20 years ago, which knocked out my thyroid. recently a thyroglobin ab was 30, tsh was 1.3, peroxidase wnl. no sx. thoughts?

You need : Thyroid supplementation due to radiation. Not sure why they did antibody tests. Ask the person who ordered them.

TSH is perfectHypo: Treatment with synthroid (thyroxine) very good. Antibodies indicate you have Hashimoto,s thyroiditis anyway prior to ENT tumor. Benign findings
