Big controversy!: With all the technology and genetic testing that can indicate fetal problems, we are now faced with the ethical dilemma of terminating pregnancy if a severe defect is found. Many people have extremely strong feelings on both sides. Honestly, it is up to the parents, the ob, the pediatrician, and the geneticist to sit down, explore the information and the parents decide.
