Anal Sex: I am going to assume you are talking about anal sex. You bled because you tore something in the lining of the anus or rectum or the sphincter leading into this cavity. Are you having ongoing pain, bleeding, or fever? Where you exposed to HIV? If you had semen in the the anus you can prevent HIV infection if you get treated within 72 hours.
