Stomach pain: The diagnosis of course depends on where in the stomach your pain is. If it's up high in the middle or left that is your stomach; the right upper is liver / gall bladder. If you have pain in the right lower quadrant that could be your appendix and you should go to the ER to be evaluated. Lower middle could indicate a pelvic or urinary infection.
