Small adrenal: nodules will not cause shoulder pain or scoliosis. The vast majorityof incidentally discovered adrenal nodules are benign adenomas. Most of these have unique characteristics on MRI and CT and can be diagnosed without biopsy. If they cannot be characterized as benign adenomas, they are indeterminate and may need additional evaluation and follow up. Talk with your doctor about it.
