Enjoy your peanuts: Don't believe everything you read online. Cabbage and its close relatives are the foods that actually inhibit thyroid hormone production somewhat, and even then, it's a minor effect. I do not see you listing any actual thyroid disease; peanuts are a staple drop in much of the world and if they were actually making thyroids sick, we'd know. Enjoy your nuts and be glad for good health.
