A member asked:

I believe i am premenopausal, late 30s. this week one of my breasts has started to be erect almost all the time. the other is not. is this common?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Need more info: I assume that you mean your nipples are erect most of the time. Usually it would be both nipples not just one. If your breast feels "full" or heavier or tender then it would be wise to visit your family physician and or your OB/GYN for a breast exam. Many funny things and not so funny things happen during the perimenopausal period and should be checked out for peace of mind.
