Not related: Hi. No, the hypothyroidism (elevated TSH) is not a side effect of fluoxetine. You probably have Hashimoto's hypothyroidism, a permanent autoimmune hypothyroidism. You'll probably need thyroid hormone replacement for life. Not related to fluoxetine. Good luck!
