GYN evaluation: Certain pelvic pains occur during pregnancy as the pelvis widens. Monitor for clots or bleeding and if symptoms continue GYN evalaution.

Possibly: There are many odd pains and sensations in pregnancy. However, at 24 weeks pregnant, these pains should be evaluated if continues, to rule out complications , ex. Preterm labor
