Neither!: Tobramycin is an antibiotic drop/ointment. Dexamethasone is a steroid. Neither will help allergic conjunctivitis. Call your eye doctor to get a prescription that will treat your eye allergies better. Plus, they can record this in your chart, so there's a record of it.

Dexamethasone: Tobramycin is an antibiotic so it won't treat an allergic conjunctivitis ( treats bacterial). Ocular steroids can be used in the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis
