Numbness: most commonly is a symptom of some nerve issue. Inflammation for example may irritate the nerve in the finger causing a numbness,..similar to the "pins and needles" you get in your legs when the nerves are irritated after sitting for long. If if continues, see the Dr. Best wishes.
