Pregnant or not: Would recommend you go to doctor or clinic for blood pregnancy test and maybe an ultrasound to see what is going on.

"Not much": Your period has been "delayed" and if not pregnant will re-start again. If no menses in 3 months with still negative pregnancy tests, see a MD who can hook up "jumper cables" (progesterone Rx) to re-start your period.
