Signs of CHF: The signs of congestive heart failure are1 edema(swelling) of feet and legs, palpable liver, engorged neck veins and rales at bases or all over the lungs on auscultation, in some cases depending on the cause rapid heart beat.The signs are dependant on the severity of chf.
