Is it safe to start pumping and storing breast milk at 39 weeks pregnant?

Oxytocin: Pumping may cause you to go into labor before mother nature intended by release of oxytocin into the system. I know you are 39 weeks and feel it's safe, but we now know for the most part, every additional day baby can stay in the womb, even past 39 weeks, leads to better development, less illness, higher IQ. Why risk all these things to start storing up milk. You will make enough when baby comes.
