Constipation?: Sounds like you could be constipated which often does cause abdominal pain- I would try a stool softener or a stool softener /laxative combination such as senna-s /seen jot which is available OTC. If worsening or unresolved after having a Bowel movement make sure you are checked out by your md. Good luck!
