i have 2 bumps on labia minora. not white/red, not pusy, somewhat painful, comes normally before period. are they cysts? how can i stop them?

Unsure without exam: Those growths have to be seen to be categorized by the MD preferably a GYN MD. Otherwise, it would be speculation to diagnosis the problem from this vantage point.
