Spots: It will be important for a Dermatologist to evaluate these lesions. From your description, it appears you have excoriations, Are you having intense itching and causing sores on the breast tissue? Is this more severe at night? Have you tried any new type of bras that you recently started to wear? Allergic Contact Dermatitis, Scabies and Dermatitis Herpetiformis? possibilities. May need biopsy?
