Im on accutane 20mg 2x daily. and i'm suffering from hairloss. i've been told it's a side effect. is there any way to manage/prevent hairloss?

If accutane is cause: of your hair loss then it should regrow when you stop the medicine. You can try going to lower dose, with advise of your dermatologist, and see if hair loss slows or stops. Make sure all other labs are fine.
