Depression: Common symptoms of depression - apathy, lack of enjoyment of activities, lack of motivation, poor concentration. I would talk to your doctor about that as there are very good meds to treat it. Also, get up and exercise as that has been shown to help depression. Even if you don't want to, try to make yourself do it. After a few days you'll want to do it!

Talk to Your doctor: Maybe your anti hypertensive medicine to lower your blood pressure is affecting your energy level, and may need to be adjusted? Start the dialogue there and see what happens. Your doctor can offer other changes for your diet, and lifestyle to help you!

Lost of interest: Are you depressed? Loss of interest, fatigue and lack of concentration could be due to depression but also under active thyroid or anemia can do this. You have to see your PCP for evaluation
