Labia: Labia can be many different sizes and be normal. See a gyn for an evaluation. Most women do not need labioplasty

Maybe,maybe not : The overgrowth of the labia minora is a selective growth response to your hormones.By 16 you should be near the end of this process. When they protrude to a significant length(elephant ears), or one side exceeds the other in length,surgical reduction can be preformed by someone with experience in the procedure.If this is producing pain or dictating your clothing choices, set up a visit.

Discuss w gyn/parent: There may be underlying hormonal,conditions that should be evaluated and this is best performed by your gynecologist or endocrinologist. In all likelihood, it is a variant of a normal condition. Discuss with your gynecologist and your parents or guardian. Determine causes and treatments such as avoidance of precipitating behaviors.
