Hello i'm 22 year old male i currently been noticeing that i'm short at breath and a small garglly noise inside my left lung what can it be?

Needs evaluation: Any time you have new onset shortness of breath, you need to be seeing a doctor in person, not on-line. Someone needs to listen to your chest to see if the breath sounds and air movement are normal. This could be minor, such as plugs of mucous, to something more serious such as a pneumonia, partially collapsed lung or an embolism. Needs exam and possibly x-ray for starters.
