Confusing question: A kid needs regular (undiluted) milk until at least 2 to support normal brain growth. Many become constipated from a variety of otherwise healthy foods, like applesauce, bananas, rice cereal while they are loose on peaches, pears, plums and prunes or prune juice. A simple change in diet may help.Discuss it with the doc at the next checkup.
