Ineffective insulin: Insulin is very stable at a range of temperatures from refrigerator temps to body temperature. It will denature if heated (don't leave on the dash while at the beach) and should not be frozen. If your Insulin has been frozen assume that it will have less than its normal potency. Best to replace it.
