Can be: Miller Fisher is a variant of Guilian-Barre syndrome with paralysis of eye muscles, ataxia and areflexia. G-B syndrome follows an infection, usually a virus, but could be mimiced by central nervous system Lyme disease which is a late and somewhat rare event. The cerebral spinal protein is often elevated in G-B syndrome. The antecedent clinical picture is important in diagnosis.
