What is one symptom that means you are pregnant that is not similar to menstrual period symptoms?

Vomiting: Most women do not experience vomiting with menses. Other symptoms do overlap, so best to get a pregnancy test. Oddly enough, some women have "cycles" in early pregnancy. These are not cycles at all, but threatened miscarriage or could mean abnormal pregnancy such as tubal pregnancy (needs urgent care). Preg tests are so easy now that it is best to have one.
