Unlikely but possibl: Use of sex toys, and sharing them, could lead to STD but the circumstances would have to be such that the surfaces remained moist and warm, such as immediate sharing. Viruses such as HPV are probably the most easy to transmit since they are able to survive on surfaces a bit better. Simple cleaning with an antibacterial and allowing complete drying will likely eliminate this concern.
