Unlikely, but check: Easy enouggh to do an OTC pregnancy test! If you continue to have abdominal pain then you should seek immediate medical evaluation, prob in an ER so you can have a blood test for pregnancy and if positive an ultrasound to make certain you don't have an ectopic pregnancy which can be life threatening!!
