Asking us for help: Pain during intercourse is not in any way a sign or symptom of early pregnancy. There are a dozen common possible reasons but pregnancy is not one of them. Anemia is also not in any way a sign of early pregnancy. Do you have other symptoms that cause you to think you are a 'pregnant woman"?

Need to seek attn: I believe you need to be evaluated by a GYN physician thoroughly, including blood test to evaluated your anemia, ck stool for GI bleeding, and a pelvic exam prob with ultrasound! These are real medical problems and you need real and definite answers that can't be given without the above! Let me know what you find out please!
