Shouldn't be: Unlikely to sustain penile nerve damage from rough masturbation unless you foolishly tried to masturbate using a vacuum cleaner hose (has stupidly been done). Suggest U abstain from masturbation for a week or two & test yourself with a porno video. Likely you will have recovered.
