Yes: Based on your symptoms and indications your doctor will decide timing of medication. Hyperthyroidism is not a contraindication for fasting during Ramadan

You should first consult with a physician to begin treatment after which you may seek the counsel of a local religious scholar as exceptions to fasting may be given to sick individuals during Ramadan.
