ANy of above: The "bump" could be any of the things you mention, or other things as well. Without looking at the area and getting more history (like what STD may you have been exposed to - something like herpes that gives skin lesions...), then it is really impossible to diagnose. Keep area clean, dry, wear boxers to avoid undue irritation to area, and if not improving or becomes painful, see doc for treatment.
