How do i find out my most fertile days ?

Menstrual Calendar: If you have a regular menstrual cycle, you will ovulate around 14 days prior to your next scheduled period. Please chart a menstrual calendar for 3 months. You can also do a basal body temperature chart and also do ovulation testing. Good Luck!
