Hi doctor, herw is student nurse....want to ask, if diagnosis left scrotal abscess, and uncontrolled diabetes, how to combined become one diagnosis?

Infection and DM: risk for infection is higher in patient with uncontrolled diabetes. also, healing process many times is also delayed in poorly controlled diabetes. he definitely needs to be treated with a good antibiotic and make sure that the infection is fully eradicated. Most importantly is to control his diabetes well as diabetes can affect many other organs in the future.
