Thyroid: These best test for thyroid function is a blood test for TSH. A normal level is a TSH between about 0.5-5.5 uU/mL but each laboratory may have a slightly different normal range. The higher the TSH, the low the thyroid hormone level in your blood A TSH of 7.5 in a young female means your thyroid levels are slightly low. I would recommend repeating in 1-3 months with a TPO antibody.
