Back pain: Apply ice at night before bed to relieve the pain. Anti-inflammatory medications can help too. Once the bruising resolves, message therapy and chiropractic care may help relieve the pain. If you have persistent pain and continue to have limited range of sleep positions then see a spine specialist.
