Probably not: It is unlikely to have an effect, either good or bad. As with many other things we don't have a definite answer as to what the effect might be, but generally it is best to keep things as simple as possible. Eat healthy, balanced meals, get plenty of sleep, avoid medications, excessive caffeine, alcohol, and smoking.
