I miss my period for 9 weeks i'm not pregnant. is my iron deficiency can cause that?

Missed cycle : Many things can cause a late, missed or irregular cycle. First, and most important, is pregnancy, which you've already excluded. Iron deficiency, when related to menstrual cycles, usually occurs as a result of them, due to the loss of blood. The other cause, more commonly, is the lack of dietary intake. You should consult your physician to explore the other possibilities for your missed cycle
