Scattered fibro glandular densities in both breasts. what does it mean. is it serious?

Not serious: Some women have nodules / cysts in their breasts. If there were cancerous characteristics to anything on the mammogram the radiologist would have noted that. There is no evidence that benign fibroglandular areas of the breast are at more risk for turning into cancer. Rest easy!

Normal: This is standard American College of Radiology terminology for Category 2 breast density. It is a normal pattern. It is not considered to be 'dense' breasts.
