Start slowly: I can remember just starting back to exercise - I could only do 5-10 minutes of gentle pilates exercise. I kept with that for 2 weeks then kept on increasing the amount of exercise every 1-2 weeks. Starting with gentle exercises such as pilates or yoga or walking is best. Don't give up - perseverance will pay off in the long run!
